Case Study TH
Our patient is a healthy man is his early thirties who came to me on referral from his orthodontist (Dr. Mark Johnston). After my examination and discussion with Dr. Johnston we arrived at a three phase treatment plan.
- Phase one would involve extractions of the patient’s wisdom teeth and lower premolars.
- Phase two would involve surgery on the upper jaw to fracture it to provide for orthodontic expansion.
- Phase three would involve surgical advancement of the lower jaw.
